This Privacy Policy aims to protect and respect User privacy in accordance with the provisions of the EU 2016/679, General Regulation on Data Protection (hereinafter “GDPR”) and is included on our General Privacy Conditions, being applicable to the processing of personal data carried out by Origo Biopharma S.L. with the provision of its Services.

Origo will access to the following data through our contact form: name, surname, email, related company and, if applicable, country of residence. 

ORIGO will not process data of minors under 16 years of age. Therefore, the user must refrain from providing them if they are not that age or, where appropriate, from providing data from third parties who are not of the aforementioned age. ORIGO disclaims any responsibility for the breach of this provision. 



The purpose of the treatment is the management of the User’s requests to do some contacts (inquiries, requests for services, sending quotes and offers, sending technical documentation). 


Consent of the interested party in relation to the purpose determined above and, where appropriate, in order to carry out a contractual relationship. 



Personal data will be kept at the ORIGO systems while the User are willing to use the services provided by ORIGO. Once the User decide to withdraw his/her consent, the data processed for each purpose will be maintained anonymized during the legally stipulated deadlines, including the period in which judicial authorities may request them, taking into account the limitation period for legal actions (5 years). 

The data processed will be maintained as long as the aforementioned legal deadlines do not expire, if there is a legal maintenance obligation, or if the legal term does not exist, until the interested party requests their suppression or revocation of the consent granted. 

ORIGO will keep all the information and communications related to the provision of the service, while the guarantees of the products or services last, to attend to possible claims. 



The GDPR recognizes that the User has several rights, which ORIGO as Data Controller is obliged to guarantee the following rights: Information, Access, Rectification, Withdraw consent, Erasure, Restriction of processing, Portability and Complain.  

In order to facilitate the process, and comply with the principle of accuracy of the data, if any data is modified, the Data Controller appreciates the User communicates that modification. 

In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, the User can request a form at, or use those provided by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or an authorized third party. These forms must be signed electronically and accompanied by a copy of ID card or passport in force. The user could send these forms by mail or postal mail at the address of the Data Controller indicated at the beginning of this text. 



If the User gives their express consent, ORIGO will send commercial communications to the email provided by the user. The Data Controller will store the email in the database, and will send emails periodically, until the user requests the cancellation of this service, an option that will be available in any communication. It is possible that we keep the data provided for the period necessary to comply with the current legal obligations to which ORIGO may be subject. The communication of your data to third parties or the international transfer of the same is not foreseen. 

The purposes of this specific treatment consist of: 

  • Manage the requested service. 
  • Information by electronic means related to the request. 



The Data Controller will only process the data provided by its owners. In the event of receiving data from third parties, such Users must first be informed and asked for their consent. ORIGO will be exempt from any liability for incompliances with this requirement. 

ORIGO don´t data transfers outside the European Economic Area.

ORIGO informs you that, as a service provider of data hosting and in accordance to 34/2002 Law, from 11th july, of Information Society Services and E-commerce (LSSI), will retain for a maximum period of 12 months the essential information to identify the origin of the storage data and the starting date of the service provided. This retention aims to compliance with legal obligations which may arise from the relationship with the User.
